1992  Chwarae Teg was launched in South Wales in 1992.  Appointment of first director, Jane Hutt.

1993 Out of School Childcare Clubs project with Training Enterprise Councils

1994 Chwarae Teg becomes an all-Wales organisation managed by a Board of Directors

1995 Under 5's Initiative tackling the lack of childcare available to parents in Wales. All Wales Enterprise Action Group for Women launched

1996 Conference - Women, Players in Regional Development. Chaired by Glenys Kinnock, MEP. 

1997 European Equality Partnership managed by Chwarae Teg. "A Fair Deal for Women in Wales" conference held.

1998-99   "New Directions  - The Keys to your Future"  programme funded by the National Lottery Charities Board.

1999 Chwarae Teg manages Out of School Childcare Clubs Development Team. SME Equality Project begins. Chwarae Teg manages and delivers this project until 2003.

2000-2001 Chwarae Teg begins to deliver the WAG/ERDF funded Women's Enterprise Wales and Lone Parents Venture (part of the Potentia Project).   

2002 Chwarae Teg undertakes the 3 year Work-Life balance pilot project on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government.

2003 UK/Irish European Equality e-network managed by Chwarae Teg, with over 130 members participating.  Chwarae Teg mqanages SME Work Life Balance Challenge Fund.

2004  Chwarae Teg wins Western Mail Welsh Woman of the Year - Western Mail Val Feld Award. Ready SET Go project begins

2005  CYTGORD, a trans-national research project managed by Chwarae Teg. Work-Life Balance pilot project ends. Chwarae Teg continues to work on behalf of WAG with a new, ongoing phase, Getting the Balance Right. General Business Advisory service established.

2006 Chwarae Teg receives the Prowess Integra Media Awareness Award for ‘effective all-round media coverage'.

2007 Better Balance Better Business National Conference held by Chwarae Teg in Cardiff. Sector Scoping Equality Project begins and runs until May 2008.

2008 - Work-Life Balance Getting the Balance Right phase completed.
