Ers ei sefydlu ym 1992, mae ymchwil wedi cael ei defnyddio'n effeithiol gan Chwarae Teg i helpu i nodi a bod yn gymwys:

• yr angen am gefnogaeth yn effeithiol i helpu menywod yng Nghymru i symud ymlaen yn y gweithle
• rhwystrau sy'n wynebu menywod yn y gweithle
• effaith gadarnhaol cydbwysedd rhwng bywyd ac arferion gweithio hyblyg yn ei gael ar dilyniant gyrfa merched
• yr angen ar gyfer prosiectau wedi'u targedu i alluogi cynnydd menywod yn y gweithle

Rydym yn ategu ein gwaith ymchwil gan adolygu'r gwaith a wneir yn genedlaethol ac yn rhyngwladol gan sefydliadau perthnasol i helpu i sicrhau Chwarae Teg yn cynnal ei fanwl dealltwriaeth o'r materion sy'n wynebu menywod yn y gweithle ac yn y dulliau cyfoes i'w herio.
